Terrabyte 2008

This was a design I did for Terrabyte, this really cool yearly event at the arboretum in Los Angeles. This is my personal favorite out of all of my work, it captured the kind of ’60s science textbook vibe I had been chasing for a while. It was also a somewhat rare example from this time of a pure illustration without any photographic elements. I was always most drawn to these types of compositions that straddle the line between graphic design and illustration.
